Se punea intrebarea, ce recomanzi unei persoane supraponderale care vrea a incepe sa alerge. I-ai recomandat direct alergarea pe banda. Am avut acest tip de discutie cu multi sedentari. Tuturor le-am recomandat sa inceapa sa mearga regulat pe jos, min. 3-5 km pe zi. Mi se pare irealist, pe termen lung, sa recomanzi alergarea – mai ales cea pe banda – cuiva care nu face miscare in general si cred ca acesta este unul dintre motivele pentru care multi renunta dupa foarte scurt timp. Daca nu simti miscarea, nu simti alergarea, nu savurezi efortul …. vei inceta sa-l mai faci si nu vei gasi motivatia interioara pentru a face din asta un stil de viata.
Perfect de acord. Era doar o recomandare in comparatie cu alergarea pe asfalt. Pentru slabit fara probleme la articulatii se poate face si inot sau bicicleta.
